Here is a guide to select a suitable meeting for your particular circumstances:

Al-Anon Family Group meetings are for any family members, partners, loved ones, colleagues or friends of a problem drinker.

Adult Children of Alcoholics meetings are for adults who grew up in a home with an alcoholic parent or guardian.

Alateen for teenagers and young adults who live or have lived with a problem drinker.

Loners Fellowship for those folks who would like support and for whatever reason cannot attend regular meetings.
